BOOCHEVER, Justice. OPINION. Roger Keel was convicted by a district court jury in Kodiak of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, in violation of AS 28.35.030. The results of a breathalyzer test, administered to him shortly after his arrest, were admitted as evidence against him. Keels conviction was affirmed by the superior court. On this appeal he mounts a multifaceted attack on the breathalyzer test.
